The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to refuse the application.
II PAVEMENT CAFE APPLICATIONS
(i) TRADES HOUSE, UNION STREET, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, the Chief Constable's representative, the Licensing Standards Officer and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the application until the February meeting of the Board. It was also agreed that a representative of City Development be invited to this meeting to answer any queries that Board members may have.
III PREMISES LICENCE - NOTIFICATION OF CONVICTION
The Board agreed to note the information provided in relation to the undernoted premises licences and that no further action be taken in the meantime:-

The Board further agreed that the Legal Adviser prepare a briefing note on this issue, for consideration at a future meeting of the Board.
