I DECLARATION OF INTEREST
Councillor Dawson declared a non-financial interest by virtue of a family member being a serving Police Officer.
II SCOTTISH FIRE AND RESCUE QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT
There was submitted Report No 347-2018 by Area Manager Pryde providing information for the Committee regarding the performance of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service against the priorities, outcomes and performance indicators detailed within the Local Fire and Rescue Plan for Dundee 2017-2020, to facilitate local scrutiny.
The Committee agreed to note, scrutinise and question the content of the report.
III DUNDEE CITY POLICING AREA PERFORMANCE RESULTS 1ST JULY, 2018 TO 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2018
There was submitted Report No 361-2018 by Chief Superintendent Todd providing information to the Committee regarding the performance of Police Scotland against performance indicators that would facilitate local scrutiny.
The Committee agreed to note and scrutinise the operational report.
IV CONSULTATION RESPONSE THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENTS DRAFT NOISE ACTION PLANS
There was submitted Report No 351-2018 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking the Committees approval for the Councils proposed response to the Scottish Governments Consultation on their draft Noise Action Plans.
The Committee approved the response appended to the report and remitted the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services to submit this to the Scottish Government accordingly.
V NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVICES SERVICE PLAN 2018-2022
There was submitted Report No 350-2018 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services presenting the Service Plan for Neighbourhood Services for the period 2018-2022.
The Committee approved the Service Plan accordingly.
