I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

 

No declarations of interest were made.

 

II OPEN MARKET ACQUISITION SCHEME

 

There was submitted Report No 427-2017 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval for developing and implementing an Open Market Acquisition Scheme in Dundee.

 

The Committee approved the proposal to develop and implement an Open Market Acquisition Scheme in Dundee.

 

III LOCAL COMMUNITY PLANNING (2017-2022)

 

There was submitted Report No 397-2017 by the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services seeking approval for the Local Community Plans (2017-2022) and refinements to the well-established model of Local Community Planning Partnerships.

 

The Committee agreed to:-

 

(i) approve the new Local Community Plans (2017-2022); and

 

(ii) approve amendments to the current memberships of Local Community Planning Partnerships.

 

IV TENDERS RECEIVED BY HEAD OF DESIGN AND PROPERTY SERVICES

 

There was submitted Report No 441-2017 by the Head of Design and Property Services detailing tenders received and requesting decisions thereon:-

 

(a) 32A FORT STREET - WINDOW REPLACEMENT

 

The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer from Alexander Oastler Ltd, Dundee in the sum of 8,967.13, together with allowances of 1,022.21 for contingencies, giving a total expenditure of 9,989.34.
