III DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (ST ANN STREET, COUPAR ANGUS ROAD, LOCHEE, DUNDEE) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2016
On a reference to Article XIII of the minute of meeting of the City Development Committee of 25th January, 2016, the Council agreed to make and enact the above Order, a copy of which is appended hereto.
The Council resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Act.
IV APPOINTMENT - LEISURE AND CULTURE DUNDEE BOARD
There was submitted Agenda Note AN26-2016 relative to the above.
It was reported that there was a vacancy on the Board of Trustees of Leisure & Culture Dundee for a charity trustee who was neither an elected member nor official of the Council (Independent Charity Trustee).
Following consideration of expressions of interest, the Nominations Committee of Leisure & Culture Dundee agreed, at its meeting on 10th February, 2016, to recommend to the Council the appointment of Moira Methven as an Independent Charity Trustee.
The Council approved accordingly.
