I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005

(a) NEW GRANTS

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to grant the above application, subject to alcohol being served only with food, that opening hours would be to 11pm Monday to Thursday and to 1am Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and seating capacity to be agreed with Building Control. It was noted that the applicant had agreed to the removal of the outside sitting area from the application.

(b) VARIATION (MAJOR)

Variation to change permitted opening hours from 1am until 2am Friday and Saturday for the consumption on premises; change to capacity of Decades/No 1s Section to 240; change the description of the premises to Licensed Premises located in the commercial/residential - tenement property; change name of the premises to No 1's Bar and Restaurant.

The Board agreed to defer the above application.

The Board, having taken into account an objection, heard from the applicant on their own behalf and the Chief Constable's representative, agreed to grant a variation to allow access to children and young persons for the duration of private functions.

II GAMBLING ACT 2005

(a) BETTING (OTHER) - VARIATION

Variation to fully refurbish the existing premises with changes to shopfront, entrance and internal layout.

The Board agreed to defer the above application.
