The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to grant the above application, subject to alcohol being served only with food, that opening hours would be to 11pm Monday to Thursday and to 1am Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and seating capacity to be agreed with Building Control. It was noted that the applicant had agreed to the removal of the outside sitting area from the application.
