The Board agreed to grant a variation to allow alcohol to be sold for consumption off the premises from 11am until 10pm Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm until 10pm Sunday and to allow restaurant facilities during and outwith core hours.

The Board agreed to grant a variation to permit accompanied children and young persons access to the premises until 10pm for the purposes of having a meal and to the end of functions, no persons under 18 would be permitted to attend any gaming events which would take place in the upper area, premises to be open for the sale of bar meals/breakfasts/teas, coffees, snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments to be sold between 9am and 11am. Conferences to take place from 9am, dancing to take place from time to time, receptions, club or other group meetings, recorded music, televised sport to take place between 9am and 11am and for quiz nights, tastings, food matching, cocktail training, ancillary food takeaway, fashion show, poker, casino and race nights.

The Board agreed to grant a variation to allow access to children from 0 to 5 years.
II PREMISES LICENCE REVIEW HEARING
(a) BAYVIEW BAR, 69B EARN CRESCENT
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, an agent on behalf of the lessee, the Director of Environment's representative and the Board's Legal Adviser, the Convener moved to suspend the licence for four weeks and to issue a written warning. As an amendment, Councillor Brennan moved to issue a written warning only.
On a division, there voted for the motion - the Convener, Depute Lord Provost Roberts and Councillors Murray, Guild, Hunter, Cordell, Gordon and Cruickshank (8); and for the amendment - Councillor Brennan (1) - whereupon the motion was declared carried.
III PERSONAL LICENCE - REVIEW HEARINGS
(a) DAVID DANDIE
The Board, having taken into account a letter of representation from the licence holder who was not present and heard from the Director of Environment's representative and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the hearing to the next meeting of this Board.
(b) VALERIE HARGADON
The Board, having noted that the licence holder was not present and heard from the Director of Environment's representative and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the hearing to the next meeting of this Board.
(c) REQUEST FOR PREMISES REVIEW HEARING
The Board agreed to hold a premises review hearing in respect of Dudhope Bowling Club, Adelaide Place.
