II HOUSING DEPARTMENT 2012-2017 SERVICE PLAN ANNUAL REVIEW
There was submitted Report No 411-2014 by the Director of Housing reviewing the performance of the Housing Department in relation to the Service Plan 2012-2017.
The Committee noted the contents of the Housing Department Service Plan Review and approved the new actions contained in paragraph 4.5 of the report.
III ST MARYS 14TH DEVELOPMENT - WINDOW REPLACEMENT PHASE I - EXTENSION TO CONTRACT
On a reference to Article II of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 8th September, 2014, the City Architect submitted Report No 428-2014 requesting approval to extend the existing contract with the Environment Department (Construction) Services, relative to the above.
The Committee agreed to extend the existing contract and incur estimated additional expenditure of 120,000, including allowances.
