The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, agreed to grant a variation, subject to the applicant obtaining any necessary consents from Dundee City Council Building Control Section, to divide the premises to bar/lounge, moving front door and toilets, moving bar to serve both areas, move kitchen and make new kitchen for the purpose of serving food/meals in lounge area where children would be able to come in accompanied by adults during hours of 11.00 am to 10.00 pm and in the bar on match days two hours before kick-off and one hour after, except mid-week.
Conference facilities during and outwith core hours and reception and club or other group meetings outwith core hours.
The Board further agreed to recall this application to the meeting of the June Board to confirm the above.

The Board noted that this matter had been withdrawn from the agenda at the request of the licence holder.
V CHANGE TO CLUB CONSTITUTION
(i) FAIRFIELD BOWLING CLUB
The Board agreed to the amended Constitution and Rules for Fairfield Bowling Club.
VI REVIEW OF PREMISES AND PERSONAL LICENCES
(i) SEVEN DAY NEWS, 275 BROOK STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY AND MOHAMMED ZEESHAN ABDUL HAMEED
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, agreed to defer both hearings to the August meeting of this Board.
(ii) PARK BAR, 1/5 ALBERT STREET AND DALE HANDY
The Board, having heard from the Head of Environmental Protection's representative and the Boards Legal Adviser, agreed to defer the hearing in respect of the premises licence to the June meeting of this Board and in respect of Mr Dale Handy agreed to revoke his personal licence with immediate effect.
(iii) SPICE RESTAURANT, 140 PERTH ROAD AND MOHAMMED SALEEM SHIKARI
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and the licence holder on their own behalf, agreed to defer both hearings to the June meeting of this Board.
VII REQUEST FOR HEARING
The Board agreed to hold a hearing in respect of the Glenlivit Bar, Strathmartine Road.
