II COMPLAINTS REVIEW COMMITTEE - MINUTE OF MEETING
The minute of meeting of the Complaints Review Committee held on 6th December, 2013 was submitted and approved, a copy of which is attached to this minute as an Appendix.
III CARE SERVICE INSPECTION REPORTS ON ADOPTION AND FOSTERING SERVICES
There was submitted Report No 35-2014 by the Director of Social Work advising of the outcome of the inspections undertaken by the Care Inspectorate in August, 2013. It also advised of the proposed actions by the adoption and fostering services in relation to recommendations and requirements arising from these inspections.
The Committee agreed:-
(i) to note the contents of the inspection reports which were attached to the report as Appendices 1 and 2; and
(ii) to note the actions in respect of the recommendations and requirements contained in paragraphs 4.8 and 4.9 of the report therein.
