The Board agreed to grant a variation noted below:-
Children are permitted in the external drinking area but must be supervised by an adult.
Children and young persons are permitted on the premises from opening until 10.00 pm. Young persons shall be permitted until the terminal hour of pre-booked functions only and children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

II PREMISES REVIEW HEARING
(a) PARK BAR, 1/5 ALBERT STREET
The Board agreed to defer the hearing to the February meeting of this Board.
III REQUEST FOR REVIEW HEARING - PERSONAL LICENCE
The Board agreed to hold a review hearing in respect of Michael Portsmith.
IV OVERPROVISION SUBMISSION BY DUNDEE CITY ALCOHOL AND DRUG PARTNERSHIP
The Board agreed to hear a deputation in support of the above and after the deputation had put forward their case and answered questions from members of the Board, they were thanked for their attendance and withdrew.
Thereafter, there was submitted a report on overprovision by the Dundee City Alcohol and Drug Partnership.
The Board remitted to the Clerk to bring forward a report with recommendations to the February meeting of this Board.
