The Board agreed to grant a variation to allow disco, automatic playback music system and live music during core hours, junior club members (ages 10-17) will be permitted in the clubhouse and outside drinking area when participating in bowling matches, access to children and young people will be permitted in the clubhouse and outside drinking area when spectating at bowling matches and for the duration of a private function when accompanied by an adult, and the layout plan be amended to show the drinking/garden area immediately outside/in front of the clubhouse and surrounding the bowling green, subject to consumption of alcohol in said drinking/garden area ceasing at 9pm. (10pm in July and August).

III DISABILITY AND EQUALITY AWARENESS - BEST BAR NONE (BBN) SCHEME
There was submitted a letter from Morag Beattie, BBN Scheme Co-ordinator, Dundee outlining the Scheme's initiative in highlighting their award for disability and equality awareness and seeking support from the Board to have this award recognised Scotland-wide at the national awards in March, 2014.
The Board agreed to support the above.
IV CHIEF CONSTABLES REPORT TO THE LICENSING BOARD
There was submitted the Chief Constable's report to the Licensing Board covering the period April, 2012 to March, 2013.
The Board noted the contents of the report.
V NEW POLICY - APPLICATIONS RECEIVED
There was submitted Agenda Note AN115-2013 detailing the number of applications for variation to the new policy hours advertised during October, 2013:-
Public House to 1am at weekends 16
Hybrids to 2am at weekends 2
Nightclubs to 3am at weekends 2
The Board noted that the above applications had been advertised and would be presented to the Board at its November meeting.
VI REVIEW HEARINGS
(a) PREMISES LICENCES
(i) The Arctic Bar, 3-5 New Inn Entry
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, agreed to suspend the licence for one week with immediate effect.
(ii) Princes Street Convenience Store, 169/171 Princes Street
The Board, having heard from the Head of Environmental Protection's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, agreed to issue a written warning.
(iii) Seven Day News, 275 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, agreed to defer the hearing to the November meeting of the Board, noted that the licence holder had resigned as premises manager with immediate effect and further noted that a new premises manager would be appointed within seven days.
(b) PERSONAL LICENCE
(i) Mr Muhammed Hameed
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constable's representative and an agent on behalf of the licence holder, agreed to defer the hearing to the November meeting of the Board.
VII REQUEST FOR REVIEW HEARING
The Board agreed to hold premises review hearings in respect of Ferrari's, 3-5 Ogilvie Street and the Liquor Warehouse, 65/67 Provost Road.
