The Board, having noted the licence holder was not present, agreed to defer the update.
IV REVIEW HEARING - PERSONAL LICENCE
(a) THOMAS A HARKIN
Councillor Georgia Cruickshank declared a non-financial interest by virtue of having personal knowledge of the applicants family, withdrew from the Chamber and took no part in the debate.
The Board, having heard from the Chief Constables representative and the licence holder on their own behalf, agreed to revoke the licence.
V REVIEW HEARING - PREMISES LICENCE
(a) NON-ZEROS, CASTLE STREET, DUNDEE
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, the licence holder, an officer from the Environment Department and the Boards Legal Adviser, held the grounds for review to have been established and thereafter agreed to defer the review hearing for three months.
VI REQUEST FOR REVIEW HEARINGS - PREMISES LICENCES
The Board agreed to premises review hearings in respect of the Victoria Bar, 4Js and The Social.
