The Board, having heard from the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to a variation to amend local conditions to allow automatic music system/background music to be played during and outwith core hours and DJ/disco during core hours, to vary on-consumption hours on Sundays from 12.30 pm to 11.00 am, allow restaurant facilities outwith core hours, allow receptions to take place outwith core hours, allow club/group meetings outwith core hours, allow recorded music outwith core hours, and amend access to children and young persons.

The Board agreed to a variation to allow TV and background music during and prior to core hours, vary on-consumption opening hours on Sundays from 12.30 am to 11.00 am, allow off-consumption Mondays to Sundays, 11.00 am to 10.00 pm, allow restaurant facilities prior to on-consumption hours, vary the terms and times for access to children and young persons, allow recorded music to be played outwith/prior to permitted hours and allow receptions/club and other group meetings during and outwith core hours.

The Board, having heard that this was the third occasion the applicant was not present and having heard from the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to refuse to consider the application.
II PREMISES LICENCE
(a) REVIEW HEARINGS
(i) The Maltman, 36 Mains Road
The Board, having heard from the licensee, an officer from Environmental Protection and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to suspend the licence for one week with immediate effect.
(ii) The Town House, King Street
The Board, having heard from the licensee, an officer from Environmental Protection and the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed that the grounds of the complaint had been substantiated and further agreed to defer the hearing on the Premises Licence and to hold a Personal Licence Review in respect of Stephen Smith.
(iii) Connells, 21 Park Avenue
The Board, having noted the licensee was not present, agreed to revoke the premises licence.
(iv) Fair Price Convenience Store, 60 Dalhousie Road
The Board, having heard that the licensees were not present, agreed to revoke the premises licence.
(v) Taychreggan Hotel, 4 Ellieslea Road
The Board, having heard that the licensee was not present, agreed to revoke the premises licence.
(vi) Tesco Stores Ltd
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, agreed to take no further action.
(b) REQUEST FOR REVIEW HEARINGS
Councillor Keenan declared a non-financial interest by virtue of having personal knowledge of the licensee of The Bond.
The Board agreed to hold review hearings in respect of The Bond and Mitchell and Butler's Retail Ltd.
