II GENERAL BUSINESS
(i) LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE (IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF LICENCE REQUEST)
After considering Agenda Note AN64-2012, the Council agreed that authority be delegated to the Head of Democratic and Legal Services to convene a meeting of three members at his discretion to hear any urgent request for the immediate suspension of a licence under Paragraph 12 of Schedule I to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 between the Local Government election on 3rd May, 2012 and the statutory meeting of the Council.
(ii) BOARD OF DUNDEE SCIENCE CENTRE - OFFICER APPOINTMENT
The Council approved the appointment of the Director of Education to the Board of the Dundee Science Centre.
