The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed to a variation for consent for musical entertainment extending to the beer garden for fund raising festivals during May to October inclusive, and non-amplified acoustic music from April to October inclusive, consumption of alcohol in the beer garden will cease at 9pm September to April and at 10pm May to August.
Fund raising festivals may be held in the beer garden in May to October inclusive each year, and live performances and recorded music to tie in with local conditions which currently permit musical entertainment.
