Councillor Keenan declared a non-financial interest by virtue of knowing the representative of the applicant.
The Board agreed to grant a variation to opening hours for on-consumption to 11am on Sundays and vary terminal hour to 1am Mondays to Sundays to allow club/group meetings outwith core hours, live performances during core hours (guitarists/violinists non-amplified) and to allow a takeaway service prior to and during on-consumption hours. Children permitted during operating hours when accompanied by an adult. Young persons to be permitted during operating hours without an adult, however, this would be at the discretion of the manager/supervisor. To change the name of the premises to Bellini.

Councillor Hunter declared a non-financial interest by virtue of being a member of Camperdown Parish Church, left the Chamber and took no part in the debate.
The Board, having heard from an objector and a representative of the applicant, agreed to a variation to core hours to open for on and off-sales at 11am on Sundays, subject to a further report by the Licensing Standards Officers being brought back to the August meeting of this Board.

The Board agreed a transfer and variation for a change to local condition 1 to allow automatic music system, DJ's and karaoke during core hours, variation to allow on-consumption from 11am on Sundays and allow receptions during core hours, variation to allow access to children and young persons for functions in the lounge, delete local condition 3 and change the description of the premises to allow it to operate as a public house. Change of premises name to 'The Ivanhoe'.
