The Board agreed to a variation to alter Condition 1 to include automatic playback system and live performances during core hours. Description of premises altered.
II PAVEMENT CAFES - OCCASIONAL LICENCES
(i) CHARLESTON BAR
The Board, having considered a letter of complaint and heard from a representative of the licensee and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to grant the application to 16th June, 2011 and deferred consideration of the complaint for investigation by the Licensing Standards Officers.
(ii) SHIP INN
The Board, having considered a letter of complaint and heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to grant the application to 16th June, 2011 and defer consideration of the complaint for investigation by the Licensing Standards Officers.
III PERSONAL LICENCES
(a) REVIEW HEARING
(i) Waqas Carim
The Board, having heard from the licence holder on their own behalf, the Chief Constable's representative and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to issue a written warning.
(b) NEW APPLICATION
(i) Ireneusz Rodziewicz
The Board, having been informed that the applicant was not present and having satisfied themselves that all paperwork was in order, agreed to refuse the above application.
IV PREMISES LICENCE
(a) REQUEST FOR HEARINGS
(i) Hogshead, 7 - 9 Seagate, Dundee
The Board agreed to hold a hearing in respect of the Hogshead, 7 - 9 Seagate, Dundee.
(ii) Lennons, 16 Shore Terrace, Dundee
The Board discharged the review hearing previously called for this meeting and, following receipt of a fresh application for review of the premises licence dated 18th May, 2011, agreed to hold a hearing on 16th June, 2011.
