The minute of meeting of this Board of 17th February, 2011 was held as read.
I ROYAL WEDDING - 29TH APRIL, 2011
There was submitted Agenda Note AN38-2011. The Board was asked to determine whether the Royal Wedding was an event of national significance and, if so minded, to decide whether to make a general determination in terms of Section 67 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 which would have the effect of extending core hours for all licences by one hour, without the need to make an application.
The Board agreed to make a general determination in terms of Section 67 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to extend core hours for all licences by one hour, without the need to make an application for Friday, 29th April, 2011 only.

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, agreed to issue a warning letter.
(iii) THE CONVENIENCE STORE, 107-109 CHEVIOT CRESCENT, DUNDEE
The Board noted that the above licence had been surrendered and that no further action would be taken.
