The minute of meeting of this Board of 21st October, 2010 was held as read.
I ANNUAL FEES
The Convener reminded licence holders that paying the annual fee was a condition of their licence. If fees were not paid, the Board would be asked to review their licences with the ultimate sanction being revocation.
II MEMBERSHIP
Reference was made to Article II of the minute of meeting of the City Council held on 25th October, 2010 wherein the resignation of Councillor Andy Dawson as a member of the Licensing Board was reported.
The Board noted that the Council had agreed that the vacancy on the Board be filled by Councillor Christina Roberts.
