On a reference to Article X of the minute of meeting of the City Development Committee of 28th June, 2010, the Council agreed to make and enact the above Orders, copies of which are appended hereto (Appendices I and II).

HOUSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1987
AND
THE ACQUISITION OF LAND (AUTHORISATION PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) ACT 1947
DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (1G LISMORE TERRACE, MILL O'MAINS)
COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2010
DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (hereinafter referred to as "the acquiring authority") in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 9 and 10 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 hereby make the following compulsory purchase order:-

This Order may be cited as the Dundee City Council (1G Lismore Terrace, Mill O'Mains) Compulsory Purchase Order 2010.

|
Subject to the provisions of this Order, the acquiring authority are hereby authorised to purchase compulsorily for the purpose of the erection of houses by persons other than the local authority and for the use for purposes necessary, desirable for or incidental to the development as a building estate, the land which is described in the Schedule hereto and is delineated and coloured red on the map signed with reference to this Order and marked "Map referred to in the Dundee City Council (1G Lismore Terrace, Mill O'Mains) Compulsory Purchase Order 2010".
