I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 - STATEMENT OF LICENSING POLICY - REVIEW

 

There was submitted Agenda Note AN82-2010 informing the Board that Section 6 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 required the Board to publish a Statement of Licensing Policy every three years. The Board's current policy was adopted in December 2007 and was now due for review.

 

The Board authorised the Clerk to write to interested parties to give them an opportunity to contribute to the policy review and also to publicise the process on the Dundee City Council website.
