I TENDERS RECEIVED
There was submitted Report No 186-2010 by the City Architectural Services Officer detailing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon:-
(i) ST NINIAN'S RC PRIMARY SCHOOL - TOILET UPGRADE
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer with Dundee Contract Services for 74,975, together with an allowance of 10,580 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 85,555.
(ii) BRAEVIEW ACADEMY - RENEW EXISTING CORRIDOR FIRE DOORS
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer with Dundee Contract Services for 31,399, together with an allowance of 4,474 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 35,873.
(iii) FRANCES WRIGHT CENTRE - ASBESTOS REMOVAL WORKS
The Committee agreed to accept a negotiated offer with Aspect Contracts (Asbestos) Ltd for 18,800, together with an allowance of 1,161 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 19,961.
