III DUNDEE COMMUNITY REGENERATION FUND 2010/2011 - 2012/2013
There was submitted Report No 84-2010 by the Assistant Chief Executive relative to the above.
The Committee approved the funding process and the proposals contained in Section 5 of the report detailed below.

IV DUNDEE INTEGRATED CHILDRENS SERVICES PLAN
There was submitted Report No 116-2010 by the Assistant Chief Executive relative to the above.
The Committee:-
(i) noted the content of the report and the Integrated Children's Services Plan;
(ii) endorsed the drive to develop and provide more integrated support for children and young people across the City; and
(iii) approved the delivery framework within the Plan which set out what we intended to achieve, how we would achieve it, when we know we have achieved it and who would be responsible for those achievements.
The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Act.
V UNDERTAKINGS TO BE GIVEN BY DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL FOR TUPE TRANSFER FROM SCOTTISH ENTERPRISE
After considering Agenda Note AN40-2010 relative to the above, the Committee approved the recommendation detailed therein.
