I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005

(a) REVIEW HEARING - MUHAMMED SHAHBAZ - PREMIER FOOD AND WINES

The Board heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, the Chief Constable's representative and the Board's Legal Officer. Having been given an assurance in writing that the licensee would not enter the shop premises and that he would surrender his personal licence pending the outcome of criminal procedures, the Board agreed to adjourn the hearing.
