I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005

(a) NEW GRANT

The Board agreed to grant the above application.

(b) VARIATIONS

The Board, having heard from the applicant on their own behalf, agreed to defer the above application and instructed the Clerk to undertake a review of the Board's policy on the admission of children to licensed premises.

The Board agreed that the capacity be changed from 127.56m2 to 185.04m2.

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant, agreed a variation to allow the cafe/restaurant to operate with the benefit of the sale of alcohol to 12 midnight.
