II FAIRER SCOTLAND FUND COMMUNITY REGENERATION FORUM ALLOCATION 2008/2010
Councillor Duncan declared a non-financial interest in Charleston Arts and Crafts Group by virtue of his wife attending the Group.
There was submitted Report No 153-2009 by the Assistant Chief Executive relative to the above.
The Committee noted the process for allocating grants through the local community regeneration forums as agreed by the Dundee Partnership and endorsed the funding proposals detailed below:-

III SINGLE OUTCOME AGREEMENT
There was submitted Report No 149-2009 by the Chief Executive advising the Committee on the contents of the Single Outcome Agreement for Dundee 2009/2012.
The Committee approved the Single Outcome Agreement appended to the report and agreed to enter into its final phase of formal consultation with the Dundee Partnership and the Scottish Government.
IV COUNTER-FRAUD REPORT AS AT 31ST DECEMBER, 2008
There was submitted Report No 148-2009 by the Depute Chief Executive (Finance) informing elected members of the Revenue Division's, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit counter-fraud activity as at 31st December, 2008.
The Committee approved the terms of the report.
