I EDUCATION TRANSPORT CONTRACTS - CONVEYANCE OF SCHOLARS
There was submitted Report No 306-2008 by the Director of Planning and Transportation and Director of Education reporting tenders received relative to the above.
The Committee approved the tenders as detailed in Appendix 1 of the report.
II TENDERS RECEIVED
There was submitted Report No 296-2008 by the City Architectural Services Officer listing tenders received and requesting a decision thereon:-
(i) CLEPINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL - FIRE STOP VENTILATION DUCTS
The Committee agreed to accept an offer from Dundee Contract Services under the planned maintenance and small works partnership for 8,750, together with an allowance of 1,250 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 10,000.
(ii) SIDLAW VIEW PRIMARY SCHOOL - RELOCATION OF MAIN OFFICE
The Committee agreed to accept an offer from Dundee Contract Services under the planned maintenance and small works partnership for 14,200, together with an allowance of 2,024 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 16,224.
