The minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 20th March, 2008 was held as read.

I SECTION 31 HEARING

(i) CLUB BAR - UNION STREET, DUNDEE

The Board, having been informed that the above hearing had been deferred from January 2008 and that the complainant, Mrs Linda Sawers had now withdrawn her complaint, agreed to take no further action.

II LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976

(a) APPLICATION FOR MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT CONSENT

The Board agreed to grant the above application for Instrumental Groups 2-3 Jazz/Folk Musicians, Sundays and Thursdays.

(b) APPLICATIONS FOR CHILDREN'S CERTIFICATES

Monday to Saturday 11am to 8pm and Sunday 12.30pm to 8pm in the whole premises.

The Board noted that the above application had been withdrawn.

II GAMBLING ACT 2005 - APPLICATIONS FOR PREMISES LICENCES

The Board, having heard from the Board's Legal Officer and a representative of the applicant, agreed to grant the above application.
