I SECTION 32 HEARINGS
(i) SARAH S BULLOCH, KING STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - THE EAGLE INN
The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, the complainants, and an Officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to adjourn the hearing to a later date.
(ii) LEE COONEY, GRAY STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - THE OLD ANCHOR INN
The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, the complainants, and an Officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to take no action.

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, the complainants, and an Officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to adjourn the hearing to a later date.

II MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT CONSENT HEARING

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, the Chief Constable's representative, and an Officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to take no action.
