I SECTION 31 HEARING

 

(i) STEPHEN MARTIN, 47 UNION STREET - CLUB BAR

 

The Board, having heard from the Board's Legal Adviser, agreed to adjourn the above Hearing.

 

II SECTION 32 HEARINGS

 

(i) SARAH S BULLOCH, KING STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - THE EAGLE INN

 

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, the complainants, and the Board's Legal Officer agreed to adjourn the above Hearing to the February meeting of the Board.

 

(ii) LEE COONEY, GRAY STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - THE OLD ANCHOR INN

 

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, the complainants, and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to defer the above Hearing to the March meeting of the Board.

 

(iii) DAVID GLASS, 66 UNION STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - DOC FERRY'S BAR

 

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, the complainants, and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to defer the above Hearing to the March meeting of the Board.

 

(iv) MARK BARTON, 4 ELLIESLEA ROAD, BROUGHTY FERRY - THE TAYCHREGGAN HOTEL

 

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, the complainants, and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to take no further action.

 

(v) MARCO CAIRA, 40 GRAY STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY - VISOCCHIS CAFE

 

The Board, having heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee, the complainants, and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to defer the above Hearing to the March meeting of the Board.

 

III MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT CONSENT HEARING

 

(i) JAMES FYFFE, 2 WHITEHALL CRESCENT - WATERFRONT BAR AND RESTAURANT

 

The Board, having heard from the licensee on their own behalf, an Officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards and the Board's Legal Officer, agreed to defer the above Hearing to the March meeting of the Board.
