IV ST MARY'S COMMUNITY FACILITY - SUPPLEMENTARY ALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY REGENERATION FUNDING
After considering Agenda Note AN130-2007, the Committee endorsed the allocation of 170,000 from the Community Regeneration Fund in 2007/08 in respect of the above facility, it being noted that the final capital contribution required to enable the construction work to commence was 110,000 from the Highland Reserve Force Cadet Association which was still subject to a legal agreement which both the Council and the community-led Management Group were trying to conclude at an early date to ensure that the already committed capital contributions from other bodies remained payable within the rules for the relevant capital grant.
The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 6 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Act.
