The above minute (Appendix) was submitted and noted for information.
II SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES
The Chairman reminded licensees of problems associated with patrons smoking in doorways of licensed premises and the financial penalties associated with this.
III DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION ACT 2005
It was reported that the Board had a duty to publish a Disability Equality Scheme by 4th December 2006 and it was agreed to issue a questionnaire to relevant groups representing disabled people to formulate a Disability Equality Scheme. The Clerk was requested to report on progress to the Adjourned meeting of the Board.
