I TENDERS RECEIVED

On a reference to Article II of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 14th November, 2005, the City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 569-2006 giving details of a partnership offer by Dundee Contract Services to develop the Dundee Joint Equipment Service at Unit T, Claverhouse Industrial Park for the sum of 1,286,565 together with the undernoted allowances:-

making a total expenditure of 1,559,999.

The Committee agreed to accept the offer from Dundee Contract Services and noted the list of sub-contractors as undernoted:-
