The minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 20th October 2005 was held as read.

The Chairman moved that the application be granted.
As an amendment the Lord Provost moved that the application be refused.
On a division there voted for the motion - the Chairman and Councillors Regan, Fitzpatrick, Don and Wallace (5); and for the amendment - the Lord Provost, Bailie Mackie and Councillor Grant (3) - whereupon the motion was declared carried granting the above application.

On a division there voted for the motion - the Chairman, Lord Provost and Councillors Regan, Don and Wallace (5), and for the amendment - Bailie Mackie and Councillor Fitzpatrick (2); Councillor Grant being absent when the vote was taken - whereupon the motion was declared carried refusing the above application.
