I MEMBERSHIP
It was reported for information that Dundee City Council at its meeting held on 15 August 2005 appointed Councillor Regan to the Licensing Board following the resignation of Councillor Shimi.

The Board, heard from the licensee on his own behalf and from the Chief Constable's representative.
Councillor Grant moved to take no action.
As an amendment Councillor Regan moved to suspend the licence for twelve months.
On a division there voted for the motion - The Chairman, Lord Provost and Councillors Grant, FitzPatrick, Dawson and Wallace (6), and for the amendment, Councillor Regan (1), whereupon, the motion was declared carried.
