I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 416-2005 giving details of an offer from McGill Electrical Limited to carry out an inspection and testing of Electrical Installation in Tayside House and the Podium Block for the sum of 56,204.00 together with an allowance of 5,220 for professional services making a total expenditure of 57,424.00.
The Committee noted that McGill Electrical Limited had carried out this work in the City Square Complex and agreed to accept the offer.
