The Board, having heard from an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards and an agent on behalf of the licensee, agreed to suspend the licence for a period of one year as the holders were no longer fit and proper to hold a licence and issue a Closure Notice as the premises were no longer suitable for the sale of alcoholic liquor having regard to their character and condition.
