The Board, having noted that the Section 32 Complaint had been withdrawn, heard the applicant on their own behalf and from an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to take no action.
Thereafter the Board agreed to grant the renewal of the licence and the Children's Certificate.

The Board having heard from an agent on behalf of the applicant and from an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards agreed that the applicants were no longer fit and proper to hold a licence.
Thereafter the Board agreed to refuse to renew the public house licence on this ground and, in the circumstances, not to suspend the licence following upon the Section 31 Complaint.
