I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 618-2004 giving details of an offer received from the specialist contractor, Active Energy Solutions Limited, Glasgow, to carry out maintenance contracts for various properties involving Local Exhaust Ventilation Examination 2004/2005 for the sum of 10,605 to which required to be added allowances of 500 for allowance for additional filter replacement and 1,111 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 12,216.
The Committee agreed to accept the offer.
The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 6 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Act.
II COMMERCIAL LEASES
There was submitted and approved Report No 615-2004 by the Director of Economic Development detailing commercial leases in respect of the undernoted premises:-

2nd Floor, 14 Long Wynd, West Marketgait
III 6 SHEET POSTER ADVERTISING CONTRACT
There was submitted Agenda Note AN336-2004 advising that following the issue of tenders for advertising opportunities on land and buildings in the ownership of the City Council, three offers had been received.
The Committee agreed to remit to the Director of Economic Development to conclude a contract with the preferred tenderer on the terms and conditions detailed in the Agenda Note.
