Councillor FitzPatrick took no part in the debate by virtue of not being in attendance for the start of the deliberations.
The Board having, heard from an agent on behalf of the licensee and from an officer from Environmental Health and Trading Standards, agreed to issue a severe written warning in relation to the licensee's conduct in this matter and that he and his staff attend the next available Servewise Course.
