I TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 509-2004 giving details of an offer under the Schedule of Rates by Dundee Contract Services to carry out stair lighing upgrades in fourteen blocks of flats between 50 and 180 Whitfield Avenue.
The Committee agreed to accept the offer amounting to 20,000 to which required to be added an allowance of 2,450 for professional services, making a total expenditure of 22,450.
