I TECHNOPOLE PHASE 3
The City Engineer submitted Report No 497-2004 giving details of offers received to carry out the above works.
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer by T & N Gilmartin (Contractors) Ltd amounting to 86,763.20 to which required to be added the undernoted allowances:-
Contingencies 10,336.80
Security Barrier 12,500.00
Landscaping Works 30,000.00
Professional Fees 15,000.00
Planning Supervisor 900.00
making a total expenditure of 155,500.00.
II TENDERS RECEIVED
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 491-2004 giving details of offers received to carry out the inspection and testing of electrical installations at the City Square Complex.
The Committee agreed to accept the lowest offer by McGill Electrical Ltd. amounting to 56.376 to which required to be added allowances of 9,505 for professional services and 14,000 for allowances for urgent remedial works identified by the testing, making a total expenditure of 79,881.
