Reference was made to Article IV of the minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 20th March, 2003 wherein it was agreed that a Section 32 Hearing be held in respect of the Park Hotel (Dundee) Limited, 40 Coupar Angus Road, Dundee.
The Board, having heard from an Officer of the Environmental & Consumer Protection Department, an agent on behalf of the liquidators and consideration of additional information submitted on behalf of the liquidators agreed that a Closure Order be promoted.
