I CAPITAL BUDGET 2003/2004 - GENERAL SERVICES AND HOUSING
There was submitted Report No 238-2003 by the Director of Finance providing elected members with background information and details of the Council's 2003/04 Capital Budget.
The Committee:-
(i)approved the Capital Budget 2003/04 - General Services and Housing Revenue Account, as contained within Appendix 1;
(ii)approved the actions as detailed in paragraph 9.2; and
(iii)authorised the Director of Housing to accept offers detailed in paragraph 9.2.2. to 9.2.8.
II STOCKTAKE OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PENSION SCHEME
Councillors de Gernier, Ward, Shimi, Farquhar, Rolfe, Barrie, Richard Beattie, Bowes, Macpherson, Borthwick, Presswood and Regan declared an interest.
The Committee agreed to defer consideration of this matter to a meeting of this Committee to be held on 31st March, 2003.
