The minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 21st November, 2002 was held as read.

I CENTRAL BAR - CLOSURE ORDER

There was submitted Agenda Note AN314-2002 where reference was made to the meeting of the Adjourned Licensing Board of 21st November, 2002 when the applicant requested that the Closure Order be cancelled. It was agreed to visit the Central Bar and then consider the request from the applicant to cancel the Closure Order.

The Board, having heard from an officer of the Environmental and Consumer Protection Department agreed to cancel the Closure Order on the Central Bar.
