I CAMPERDOWN PARK - APPLICATION FOR USE
There was submitted Agenda Note AN128-2002 advising that an application had been received from Greenpeace to hold a sponsored cycling event in Camperdown Park on 28th September 2002 together with a small information stall for the general public and participants beside Camperdown House.
The Committee agreed that permission be granted for the event subject to the necessary insurances being provided indemnifying the Council against damage to property, injury or loss of life etc to members of the public and in addition any services being provided by the Department being paid for by the applicants.
II CAIRD HALL DEVELOPMENT - EXTENSION TO CONTRACT: SOUNDPROOFING
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 547-2002 requesting approval to extend the Partnership Contract relative to the above contract.
The Committee agreed to extend the Partnership Contract and the estimated additional expenditure of 20,000.
