I LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976
LATE LICENCES
There was submitted Report No 315-2002 by the Clerk to the Licensing Board advising members of the outcome of the survey on late licences, the findings of which were appended.
Reference was made to Article II of the meeting of the Liquor Licensing Consultative Forum of 23rd April, 2002 wherein members of the Licensing Trade were invited to make representation to the Licensing Board on the findings of the survey if they so wished.
The Board, after having heard a representation from an agent on behalf of Mr. Jonathon Stewart, licence holder of the Fisherman's Tavern Hotel, Broughty Ferry against an outcome of the survey, agreed that the Public Bar of Hotels should be subject to the same policy as that of public houses.
There being no further representation, the Board agreed to note the outcome of the survey and that the policy on late licences be amended accordingly.
GEORGE REGAN, Chairman.
