The minute of meeting of this Committee of 12th June, 2000 was held as read.
Unless marked thus * all items stand delegated.
The Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1973 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 6 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
CLAVERHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK EAST SITE SERVICING
On a reference to Article X of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 13th December, 1999, the Director of Economic Development submitted Report No 441-2000 requesting approval for site servicing works at Claverhouse Industrial Park East.
The Committee agreed to remit to the City Engineer to conclude appropriate contracts with the public utility service providers in respect of the servicing of the 4.5 acre site at Claverhouse Industrial Park East.
