The minute of meeting of the Licensing Board of 11th September 2001 was held as read.
I CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP
It was intimated that Councillor George Regan had replaced Councillor Jill Shimi on the Licensing Board.
II APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
It was unanimously agreed that Councillor George Regan be appointed Chairman to June 2002 upon which Councillor Regan took the Chair thanking members for his appointment.
III REVIEW OF LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976 - CONSULTATION PAPER
It was agreed to call a special meeting of the Licensing Board to discuss the above consultation paper.
