I PLANNING APPLICATION - D25143 - 30 SUNART STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE, DD5 3HW - SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION TO SOUTH ELEVATION OF HOUSE FOR MR AND MRS ROBERTSON

 

On a reference to Article III(f) of the minute of meeting of this Committee of 4th June 2001 it was reported that discussions had since taken place between the objector and agent for the applicant. The objector had now withdrawn his objection and therefore the application had been approved under the Council's Scheme of Delegation.

 

The Committee noted accordingly.

After considering an objection received the Committee approved the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Building Quality Manager.

 

(c)DLDO1888 - Bleachfield Cottages and Stable Block, Panmurefield, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 3RA - Conversion and Extensions to Stable Block to Form Two Dwellings and Alterations and Extensions to Existing Cottages to Form Two Houses for Manor House Restorations Limited.

 

The Committee approved the application subject to Historic Scotland's right to determine the application.

After considering an objection received the Committee approved the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Building Quality Manager.

The Committee approved the above application subject to conditions recommended by the Building Quality Manager

This application was withdrawn by the applicant.

The Committee approved the applications subject to conditions recommended by the Building Quality Manager.

The Committee agreed that this application be deferred to the next meeting.

After considering objections received the Committee approved the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Building Quality Manager

 

(m)D25116 - City Quay, King William Street, Dock Street, Dundee, DD1 3NR - Erection of 155 Bedroom Four Star Hotel with Associated Conference and Leisure Facilities for Apex Hotels Limited

 

After considering objections received the Committee approved the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Building Quality Manager.

 

(n)D25168 - North Site, Explorer Road, Dundee Technology & Business Park, Dundee, DD2 1JW - Outline Consent for the Erection of Child Nursery Provision for Lynne Boyle, Oranges and Lemons

 

Councillor Presswood declared in this item and vacated the Chair whereupon this part of the meeting was chaired by Councillor Sturrock.

 

The Committee acceded to requests which had been received from Mr Ian Stanger of James Barr, Surveyors and Planning Consultants, to be heard against the application and a request from Mr John Tavendale of James F Stephen, Architects, to be heard in support of the application. After they had stated their cases they were thanked for their attendance and withdrew.

 

The Committee agreed to defer consideration of this application to the next meeting.
